Returns
Due to the custom and personalized nature of commissioned artwork, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the artwork has been completed.
This is in accordance with consumer regulations regarding made-to-order and personalized products.
Exceptions
Returns or refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
The artwork significantly differs from the agreed description
The artwork arrives severely damaged due to shipping
Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
Depending on the situation, the artist may offer one of the following solutions:
Repair of the artwork
Partial remake
Partial or full refund, at the artist’s discretion
Order Cancellation
If the client cancels the order after the deposit has been paid:
The deposit remains non-refundable
If work has already begun beyond the initial stage, additional payment may be required to cover completed work
Copyright & Usage Rights
The artist retains full copyright of the artwork, including the right to photograph and display it for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
The client owns the physical artwork but does not acquire reproduction or commercial rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptance of Terms
Placing a custom order implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
