I ship artworks from Ireland to:
- Ireland (nationwide)
- All EU countries
- Non-EU European countries (available upon request)
For destinations outside Europe, please contact me before placing an order.
Processing Time
Each piece is handmade, so the creation time is typically 5-14 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. You will receive progress photos and an estimated completion date during this process.
Shipping Time
Once your artwork is completed, the typical delivery times for artwork are as follows:
- Ireland: 1-3 business days
- European Union: 4-10 business days
- Non-EU Europe: 7-15 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier and your specific location.
Shipping Costs for Art
The shipping costs for art are as follows:
- Ireland: €9-€14
- European Union: €15-€25
- Non-EU Europe: Calculated individually
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before confirming your order.
Payment Methods
To ensure a secure and efficient ordering process, I only accept card payments for all shipped orders (Ireland, EU, International). Cash payments are accepted only for local in-person pickup (no shipping involved), which helps guarantee safe transactions and faster processing.
Packaging
Your artwork is meticulously packed to ensure it arrives safely. This includes:
- Protective bubble wrap
- Rigid cardboard layers
- Corner protectors
- Reinforced, shock-resistant packaging for maximum protection.
Tracking Your Order
All shipped orders include tracking information. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours and include photos of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer:
- A new replacement artwork
- A partial refund
- A full refund
